These are available in 10cm x 10cm, 15cm x 15cm and 20cm x 20cm sizes. 
These are handpainted glazed ceramic tiles. 
They can be purchased as a unit, attached to a black acrylic base plate with pre drilled hole. They can also be purchased as just the tile.
